INCORRECT OR MISSING ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. After verifying the issue, we’ll either replace the item, complete your order, or issue a refund when appropriate.

RETURN

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
* Products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories.
* Unopened and unused products qualify for a full refund.
* Opened or used products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%, plus an additional fee of up to 10% if any accessories or packaging are missing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product that arrived defective.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item.

If approved, we’ll replace the product or provide another appropriate solution. Manufacturer warranty policies may apply to certain products.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA)

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number before being shipped.

Returns sent without an RA Number may be refused. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Candy Flames Cannabis is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return & Exchange Policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

International returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis due to customs regulations and shipping costs.

POLICY UPDATES

Candy Flames Cannabis reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
